Feedback on Communication and Setup

I ordered the gradual bronzer drops after reading the shade-matching guide on this site, and the part that impressed me most was how clearly the setup instructions were communicated. The confirmation email arrived within minutes, and the follow-up message included a simple timeline for delivery and a note about how the product would be packed for the humid climate here. That level of detail is rare.

When the package arrived, the box had a small card explaining the first-use steps: shake well, mix two drops with your regular moisturizer, and patch-test on the inner arm before applying to the face. It sounds basic, but it saved me from the orange-cast mistake I made with a different brand last year. The card also mentioned that the formula develops over four to six hours, so I knew not to panic when the color looked faint at first.

One thing worth noting: the customer service team responded to my follow-up question about applying the drops to my neck and jawline within a day. They suggested using a damp beauty sponge to blend the edges, which worked far better than my usual fingers. The advice was specific and practical, not a generic copy-paste response.

If there is any downside, it is that the product itself runs out faster than I expected when used daily. But the communication around that — including a reminder to reorder and a note about the subscription discount — was handled well. I appreciated that they did not push the subscription hard; they just mentioned it once and left the decision to me.
